Arborist Reports
Clear, defensible reports for homeowners, developers, councils and site managers, written by a qualified ISA Certified Arborist.
Types of arborist reports
Whether you are planning a build, halfway through council approval, or managing a site full of mature trees, the right report keeps your project moving.

Pre-development vegetation assessments
Prepared in the earliest stages of planning to work out the retention value of the trees on your site. It shows which trees should stay and which may constrain your design, so your architect can produce a concept that fits around the Tree Protection Zone of retained trees.
Development application reports
For when you are already part way through town planning and have been asked for an arborist report. It answers council's concerns about how your proposal fits with the surrounding trees, and can suggest construction methods that work around trees worth keeping, while recommending removal of unsuitable or defective trees.
Tree track management plans
Usually prepared for sites with many mature trees, such as golf courses, schools and commercial properties. If you manage a site like this you have a duty of care to keep it safe. A good plan identifies hazardous trees and sets out how to manage them: some may need removal, others can have their risk lowered to acceptable levels with the right management. It also recommends how to keep significant trees healthy for the long term.

Usually for a smaller number of trees. It still assesses risk ratings and makes recommendations, and is often used to justify removing a tree to a local council where a Local Law permit or Vegetation Protection Overlay controls tree removal.
